They treated our boy like their own, giving him love and affection. They allowed us to contact them 24/7 when he returned home if we were worried about him, reassuring as with empathy and understanding. We wouldn't take our two munchkins anywhere else. Carolyn (sorry if I have spelt it wrong) took care of him with such empathy, and was very kind throughout the process when we had to put him to sleep. Very grateful that my dog had no pain and was around caring vets. Thank you again, will bring our other two dogs here moving forward.

And if I don't fill in the form 'it may impact the service we are able to provide you with'... what does THAT mean? Such a shame so many country vets have become businesses and kindness and caring of their clients has taken a back seat. No money, no service.
